Lake House is a 16-bed facility provides long-term, non-medical, residential substance abuse treatment for men.
It offers a home-like atmosphere that has been designed to provide residents with a structured, supportive environment in which the resident can develop the skills, insight and support necessary to achieve long-term sobriety
Residential treatment counselors, along with input from the individual, will develop a plan that will address their needs for housing, relationships, vocational training, child care, education, mental health and physical health. Workforce preparation helps women completing treatment to receive career counseling and skill development. Women are connected with a host of supportive services including training, résumé help, job coaching, and links to full-time employment.
Inherent in meeting the personal and social needs of each woman is the daily process and dynamic of living in a supportive, safe environment where newly acquired behaviors and social skills can be utilized, further enhancing recovery after treatment.
Lake-Geauga Recovery Centers has helped thousands of Lake & Geauga county residents conquer their substance use disorders and turn their lives around.
Our mission is to promote lifelong recovery from addiction through education, prevention, and treatment regardless of ability to pay.
