Lake-Geauga Recovery Centers is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a 2019 Top Workplaces honor by The Plain Dealer.
The Plain Dealer has recognized 150 Companies and Organizations in Northeast Ohio as Top Workplaces for 2019. These organizations have been recognized based solely on surveys about the workplace completed by their employees. The survey is administered by Energage, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including Alignment, Execution, and Connection.
