We are taking measures to ensure that our ride will not only be fun but also safe
Ride for Recovery is a community driven fundraising initiative to support the critical treatment and prevention programs & services provided at Lake-Geauga Recovery Centers. This fun fundraising event is “Ride for Recovery” taking place each August. Riders choose from three route options ranging from 62, 30 or 15 miles. Each Rider commits to raise a pre-determined amount of money with 1OO% of the dollars raised going directly to support the critical programs and services at LGRC.
Once again this year we are going to start/end at Bike Ohio (8576 E. Washington, Chagrin Falls, OH). Registration opens at 7:00 a.m. and the first rider will start at 8:05 a.m. for the Century ride (approx. 62 miles). The medium (30 miles) and short ride (15 miles) will leave at 9:05 a.m. All three routes will travel through the beautiful, rolling hillsides of pastoral Geauga County.
$30 per person
All proceeds help support Lake-Geauga Recovery Centers programs and services for adults whose lives have been affected by their own or another’s use of alcohol, drugs, problem gambling or mental illness.
We are taking measures to ensure that our ride will not only be fun but also safe – remember to wear your mask and practice social distancing at registration.
Children must be 12-years of age or older to ride and children under 18 must have the signed consent of a parent or guardian to participate.
Please note: ALL RIDERS MUST WEAR HELMETS
